By the taking over of the certificate GUMOTEX, akciová společnost, was awarded to use the Ethnic Friendly Employer mark. The target of this project, that is financed through the European Union´s programme Transition Facility and the CR state budget and the patronage is taken by the South Moravia District, is to support equal conditions for employees and people without reference to their age, handicaps, creed, gender, sexuality, ethnic origin etc. GUMOTEX proved during the certification procedure that it supports and applies such rules in its human resources and management practice. The citizen-action public IQ Roma servis follows the mark awards, its administration and maintenance. The certificate enabling to use the Ethnic Friendly Employer mark was received by the Human Resources Director PhDr. Jaroslav Sedlák on the press conference in Vyškov. (Hj)
