The companies GUMOTEX, joint stock company, GUMOTEX Automotive Rožnov, s.r.o., GUMOTEX Automotive Třebíč, s.r.o., and GUMOTEX Automotive Břeclav, s.r.o., are obliged to ensure the receipt of whistleblowing notifications in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). A whistleblower may submit a notification through the company's internal whistleblowing system, an external whistleblowing system operated by the Ministry of Justice, or, under the conditions set out in the law, by publication.
Methods of notification through the internal notification system:

- In person - by prior arrangement with the relevant person;

The companies GUMOTEX, joint stock company, GUMOTEX Automotive Rožnov, s.r.o., GUMOTEX Automotive Třebíč, s.r.o., and GUMOTEX Automotive Břeclav, s.r.o., do not exclude the acceptance of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obliged entity pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.
